This light-filled, three-bedroom bungalow sits just minutes from the beach and the renowned Hive Beach Cafe. Inside, enjoy a cosy open fire, modern kitchen, and relaxing family spaces. Outside, a side patio offers breathtaking sea views, while the secluded rear garden is perfect for games, soaking up the sun or enjoying an al fresco meal.

Whether you’re walking the Jurassic Coast, dipping your toes in the sea, or simply watching the waves, Hive Beach Bungalow is your ideal base for a peaceful coastal escape.

Living areas

The main living room, with cosy sofas and an open fire, enjoys a beautiful sea view.

On the other side of the kitchen is the family room overlooking the back garden, with its comfortable L-shaped sofa, 50 inch TV, and football table. An alcove at the end offers a quiet nook with seating and patio doors.

Kitchen & dining

The large, well-equipped kitchen gives ample space to prepare meals, and includes a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Between the kitchen and living room is a dining area with a large table - great for family games as well as mealtimes! A high chair is available.

Bedrooms

The bungalow has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 people, with space for a cot if required.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds on request.

Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and space for a cot. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. A travel cot and a bed guard are available.

Utilities

The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet adjacent.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin.

The porch is useful for storing footwear and leads into a spacious hallway with coat hooks.

External

Outside, there is a side patio with sea views and a wooden picnic table.

There is a secluded back garden with plenty of space for outdoor games, an outside tap for sandy feet, wetsuits or muddy dogs, an outside toilet and basin, and a washing line.

The enclosed front garden provides driveway parking for three cars. The bungalow is the last house on the road to the beach, with a large field to the front, giving direct access to the South-West Coast path.
